Gluten-Free Pie Mix
Can't mess up this pie mix. It's easy and yummy!
With a few extra ingredients you'll be channelling your inner Martha Stewart. Whether it's fruit pies, pot pies or veggie pies - you'll be coming back for more.
You can make 1 8" pie or 12 tarts.
Free from: gluten, dairy, eggs, sulphites, nuts
Wet ingredients to add: Butter or butter substitute, coconut oil and water.
FOR BEST RESULTS: We suggest you have your pie dough at room temperature or cool from the fridge - but not frozen.
3" raw filled tart: Bake at 350 deg for 10-15 minutes
5" raw filled pie: Bake at 350 deg for 15 -20 minutes
Without filling: (e.g. custard or pudding filling) poke holes in your pastry with a fork before baking. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes - keep an eye on them! Fill with your cooked or prepared filling and serve.
